Tribute to David Seal, 1956 - 2021

Very sad to hear; David was such a good bloke and simultaneously the definitive beardy-wierdy, and knew it with wry amusement. And he could certainly hold his beer. Not to forget that in the early '80s, I think, he (among others) was working with pure maths, group theory, legend John Conway on The Monster group; the hottest pure maths topics of the time, as I understand it. But computers at Acorn proved more interesting... RIP David, have a beer. - Hugo
